This FundingPips review looks at a Dubai-based prop firm that grew quickly on the back of low prices and frequent payouts. FundingPips launched in 2022 and now offers five routes: the classic 2-Step, a cheaper 2-Step Pro, a wider-drawdown 2-Step Flex, a 1-Step and the Zero instant account. Our verdict: FundingPips is one of the most affordable firms around, with static drawdowns on its evaluations, but it changes rules often and currently restricts weekend holding on funded accounts. Note that the official site could not be loaded for this check, so the figures below come from recent third-party sources.

Challenge types and pricing
The standard 2-Step asks for 8% then 5%, with a 5% daily loss limit, a 10% static maximum loss and three minimum trading days per phase. 2-Step Pro is cheaper and asks for 6% in each phase but tightens limits to 3% daily and 6% overall. 2-Step Flex, launched in June 2026, widens the overall limit to 12% with a 4% daily cap. The 1-Step needs a single 10% gain within a 6% static limit, and Zero skips evaluation entirely with a 3% daily and 5% trailing limit.

Trading rules
- Drawdown: static on all evaluation models, trailing on Zero.
- News: allowed during evaluations. On funded (Master) accounts, profits from trades opened or closed within five minutes of high-impact news on an affected currency can be removed. Zero bans news trading in a 20-minute window.
- Weekend holding: a recent rules summary says funded accounts have trades closed automatically at the Friday close, and Zero treats weekend holding as a hard breach.
- EAs: only trade-management and risk-management tools are allowed; third-party trading EAs are not.
- Consistency: on-demand payouts on funded accounts apply a 35% consistency rule; Zero uses a 15% rule.
- Inactivity: 30 days without a closed trade breaches the account.
Profit split, payouts and scaling
The main point in any FundingPips review is the trade-off between payout speed and split. On the 1-Step and 2-Step you choose a cycle: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or on demand, with the split ranging from 60% to 100% depending on that choice. 2-Step Pro pays 80% weekly or 100% on demand, 2-Step Flex starts at 80% to 95% bi-weekly, and Zero pays 95% every 14 days after seven profitable days. We could not confirm a fee refund policy or a formal scaling plan.
Platforms and instruments
FundingPips supports MetaTrader 5, Match-Trader and cTrader, the last reportedly for a small extra fee. Accounts use raw spreads with commission. Leverage is up to 1:100 on forex for most models and 1:50 on Zero.
Company, trust and payout record
FundingPips was founded in 2022 and is led by CEO Khaled Ayesh, with an office in Dubai and a Cyprus company registration (HE 450941). A third-party payout tracker reported more than $167 million paid across over 127,000 payouts by late 2025, and the firm has a large Trustpilot following. On the cautious side, support has been criticised as hard to reach, the firm operates without regulatory oversight, and its rules change frequently, with terms depending on the date you bought the account. We found no reports of a closure or a halt to payouts.
Who FundingPips suits
- Budget-focused traders who want many low-cost attempts.
- Intraday traders who close positions before the weekend.
- Traders who want fast or on-demand payouts.
Swing traders and news traders should look closely at the funded-account restrictions first.
Final verdict on our FundingPips review
FundingPips offers strong value and flexible payouts, backed by a large reported payout record. The price for that flexibility is a complex, often-changing rule set. Read the terms that apply on your purchase date, start with a small account and only spend what you can afford to lose.
